Adding Instagram

Option 1

  • Hover over the desired section, and click the Add Element:

  • Choose the Instagram element from the modal that appears:

  • After you choose the element from the list, drag it to the desired section.

Option 2

  • Hover over the left sidebar of the Site Editor and click Build (+) button:

  • Choose the element:

  • After you choose the element from the list, drag it to the desired section.

Connecting Instagram Account

  • Hover over the Instagram widget and click the Connect button:

  • Select the Instagram account you're currently logged into. If needed, click Switch Accounts to select a different account:

Please Note: According to the Instagram display policy, only Instagram Professional accounts - Business and Creator - can be connected to display Instagram feeds on websites. Personal Instagram accounts are no longer supported, effective December 4, 2024.

Managing Instagram Accounts

  • Click Settings on the left sidebar of the Site Editor, then hover over the Social button.
  • Hover over the Instagram button and click it to open the Instagram settings menu.
  •  Click Connect to link a new account or Delete to remove an existing account:

Customizing Instagram Element

  • Hover over the Instagram element to display the Edit button in its top-right corner to be able to modify the Settings and Design:

Settings Tab

In the Settings tab you are able to modify the following:

  • Connected Accounts. Select a connected account from the list.
  • Total Photos. Adjust the total number of images that appear in the Instagram element.
  • Photo Size. Drag the slide control to set the size of images for the Instagram element.
  • Open in the New Tab. When selected, the Instagram page will open in a new tab.

Design Tab

The Design tab allows you to change the following:

  • Crop Photos. Enable or disable the toggle to crop images.
  • Aspect Ratio. Select Aspect Ratio for images of the Instagram element: 1:1 Square3:2 Standard, etc.
  • Show Title. Display or hide Instagram image titles with the toggle.

Deleting Instagram Element

  • Hover over the social buttons element and click the Delete button [x] in its top-right:
