Order Management

Managing Orders

  • Hover over the left sidebar of the Site Editor, and click Store:

  • Select Orders:

  • View your orders by Status. Orders are categorized by fulfillment status:

  • In the Orders pop-up, view the list of orders for processing:

Mass Updating Orders

  • To mass update orders in bulk, select orders using the checkboxes above the orders:

Exporting Orders

  • Export All. Click Export All to export all orders.
  • Export Selected. Click Export Selected to export selected orders.

  • The modal window will display export order settings.

Sorting Orders

  • Paid. Click the Paid dropdown to view payment sorting options: Paid, Awaiting Payment, Canceled, Refunded, Partially Refunded.

  • Awaiting Processing. Click the Awaiting Processing dropdown to view processing sorting options: Awaiting Processing, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Will Not Delivered, Returned:

Printing Orders

  • Click the Print Invoice button to print the selected order.
  • If you need to print several invoices at once, select multiple orders using checkboxes and click the Print Selected button at the bottom:

Updating Orders

  • Select the order you want to update, and click the Update Order dropdown:

  • Select the required action from the dropdown menu: View Order, Update Status, Mark as Shipped:
