Online Store Settings in Mobile Editor

To access Online Store Settings via Mobile Editor, follow these steps:

  • Click More at the bottom:

  • Select Store:

  • Select Settings:

Store Information 

The Store Information section contains information that will appear on your invoices and will be used by customers to contact you. Here, you can manage the following fields:

  • Store Name
  • Store Email
  • Contact phone
  • Product type (physical, E-goods, or both)

To add a business address:

  • Click the Add Address button.
  • Enter your Business Address details, such as Address, Country, City, State, and Postcode.

Regional Settings

In Regional Settings, you can choose time zone, unit system, default currency, and display format according to your needs. Available options are provided in drop-downs for each setting:

Sales Channels

In Sales Channels, you can connect a Facebook Store to reach a wider audience who are already engaged with that channel.

  • Click Facebook Store:

  • Select Enable Facebook:

Payments

This tab displays all enabled payment methods. Phone orders are enabled by default.

Click Manage in the top-right corner of the sidebar to add or modify payment methods:

You can select PayPal and use manual methods like wire transfer or cash on delivery or connect an existing payment gateway from the available list.

Shipping

Shipping origin by default inherits your store address, but you can change it to a warehouse address or other location.

To add shipping origin:

  • Click the Add Address button to add an address:

  • Enter your Business Address details, such as Address, Country, City, State, and Postcode:

To add shipping options:

  • Add shipping methods using the Add button on the right of Shipping Options.
  • You can connect worldwide shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL and add local delivery and self-pickup.

Taxes

Online Store Taxes and Shipping Zones help you manage taxes and create more flexible pricing in your Online Store.

To manage zones: 

  • Click Manage Zones to choose where taxes will apply.
  • Click Add New Zone, enter the required information, and click Save.

To manage taxes:

  • Click Manage Tax and then Add New Tax. Enter the tax details and click Save.
  • You can view a list of taxes on the sidebar.

Notifications

In the Notifications section, you can set the store email addresses to automatically send notifications to your customers.

To manage email settings:

  • Click the Email Addresses section.
  • Set the reply-to and from emails.

To manage email logo:

  • Сlick on the logo area to locate the image on your computer or drag and drop the image.
